We offer independent licensing rights to a single patent through a formal agreement. The scope of use (field-of-use, territory, term, and volume) is defined in the executed license agreement. No rights are granted beyond the agreement. Our primary target customers include IT companies with expertise in IoT devices, application software, or standalone API development, as well as identity authentication and content distribution platform providers with system-building and operational capabilities.Each purchaser will receive the official registered or filed patent documents included in the package, with additional technical documentation available as needed.

Our main business model is the Licensing of Intellectual Properties. If the customer wishes to use our patent, complete an application for the General License. We reply to the contact information stated in the formal contract after reviewing it. Once you sign and the cost of accepting it, the licensing process is complete. We also provide a Pilot Utilization Certificate to explore ways to utilize intellectual property rights on a trial basis. Meanwhile, Voluntary Offering is available on special terms to private activists and independent artists, including small business groups with fewer than 10 employees.

This program is designed for companies or organizations interested in test adoption of the infrastructure system or developing related prototypes. Target participants include IT solution developers, deep-tech research institutes, non-profit organizations, and AI-focused startups. Depending on the intended productization area, applicants may choose from three package options and obtain licensing rights for non-commercial R&D and testing purposes. Each participant will receive the relevant patent and technical documents, and an NDA may be requested if necessary. Evaluation/pilot rights are non-commercial and non-transferable, and are not indicative of commercial licensing terms. No implied license, covenant not to sue, or exhaustion is granted.
It's the exceptional license for independent activist. This program is designed for small independent practitioners. Eligible applicants include individuals, independent arts groups, early-stage startups without external investment, small businesses with 10 or fewer employees, cooperatives, and NGOs. Participation requires review and execution of an Evaluation License Agreement (ELA). Use under the ELA is time-limited (up to 12 months), non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable, and is restricted to non-commercial, internal evaluation only. Production use, OEM/distribution, and any public performance claims or benchmarks are prohibited. You may display an Initiative logo on prototypes during evaluation; this is optional and does not imply any warranty or endorsement. All program fund inflows and outflows are transparently disclosed on the holding company’s website and used solely for Initiative operations.
